Delete your FlakaCloud account
You can permanently close your account from FlakaCloud on the web or in the mobile app. The same secure confirmation process is used on every device.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your FlakaCloud account.
- Open Settings, then Profile.
- Select the red Delete account option.
- Read the permanent-deletion warning and complete the confirmation countdown.
What is deleted
Your active account, owned photos, videos, albums, folders, shared folders, thumbnails, previews, active sessions and other active service records are permanently deleted or anonymized.
Limited records that may remain
Records required by law, payment and tax records, security evidence, unresolved disputes and temporary protected backup copies may be retained for the periods described in the Privacy Policy. An irreversible email hash is retained to enforce the disclosed permanent re-registration block.
Paid subscriptions
An account with an active paid subscription cannot be deleted immediately. Cancel every subscription first and wait until the paid access period has ended; the deletion control will then become available.
